Seems unhinged as well. Also why are tax payers covering a 8 billion dollar stadium for DC? What does a spending bill named "Further Continuing Appropriations and Disaster Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act" include 60 billion for Ukraine when its meant to fund our government?
