Kung ggawin naman nia yan after 5pm, there is no problem with that. Parang nagbusiness ka dn. After work hours mo gawin it is safe.

There is a provision kasi sa Civil Service Commission na kahit after office hours pa yan, basta you will practice the same profession outside the government, need siya i-declare sa head of the agency. Di naman bawal. Need lang ideclare. I worked from the government kaha alam ko ito. Nagresign muna ako bago ako nagfreelance kasi ang haba ng proseso samin para ideclare yan.
