Adeola the freezing of the government account in Kogi seems absurd, but I tell in Nigeria, this is inorder. He Yahaya Bello knew what and how the public officials behave. It is here in Nigeria we were told a governor made away with 56 or so vehicles. That is what majority of the public officials do. They are always afraid of their glutinous urge or is it a feeling of dissatisfaction with whatever they must have stolen and our commonwealth they have amassed for their personal use, and abandoning public common goods they were expected to provide.
