I am Bihari (Maithil) too. Its correct that we speak Hindi too, but its unfortunate that you have to say Bihar as Hindi Heartland, when we have 3 different languages i.e. Maithili, Magahi and Bhojpuri.

@@lionking3337 Not just three but 5( Angika and vajjika too ) . But still all those states where people fluently speak Hindi are referred as Hindi heartland. Even in U.P. there are number of different dialects , but that doesn't make U.P any less Hindi state. Most of the Hindi literature poets and writers were and are from U.P and Bihar. Yes I love my mother tongue my father is Magahi and mother is Maithili. I love my mother tongue and I love Hindi too ❤️❤️... lots of love and respect to other Indian languages as well ❤️

About Angika and vajjika I meant to say we have different languages and dialects. I'm sure you know that even in U.P they have their own regional languages or dialects. By this law literally no body is gonna say that Hindi is their mother tongue except a few districts. Anyways I got your point. But when it comes to Music and Movies we do listen and watch a lot of Hindi content predominantly. Anyways Jai Mithila , jai Bihar , Hai Hind ❤️❤️
