Govt. Doctors of Ukhrul join state wide protest over demands | Press Conference | Ekhon

Government Doctors in Ukhrul resumed sit-in protest along with the rest of Doctors of the Health department under the aegis of All Manipur Health Services Doctor's Association (AMHSDA). To expressed their disappointment and dissatisfaction towards the state government, the District Hospital has closed the OPD indefinitely.
The ongoing agitation is over charter of demands including time bound promotion, Enhancement of Superannuation age to 65 years, NPA fixation as per 7th Pay Commission, implementation of proposed MHS Rules 2020 and Amendments.
