These jobs are for extraordinary students..otherwise for average students its difficult to get a good job in chemistry field...vacancy is so limited..maxm 30 or 40...how can a average student from state university can beat a large no of iit students...

you have some misconception about iit..not all iitan get job after msc...even the no of students get job after passing from iit are very very much less...but your 1st statement is absolutely correct.. vacancy is so limited so only top ranker student get chances..here I am not talking about top quality student..coz any exam/interview can't decide the actual quality of the student.. those only detect a student's ability of doing anything fast or quickly at the short time... that's it...side by side even after phd so many industries are claiming experience from many scholars...so overall market of core chemistry is too low...

I read most of the comments where people are labelling msc as 'useless' instead of ' not enough'. Yes, Msc is not enough. Pure science is research related. And it also has equal shares of hardship. People who have patience and are ready to sacrifice their life for research are mostly welcome. Most of the research projects are fully funded, so one will not be unemployed, stability is a question mark though, that's why I said 'sacrifice'. But if one wants a easy life one should not think of doing Msc.

It's a useless course. After doing msc u have very limited number of options. Private me chemist ki salary 15k tk h usse jyaada nhi phir schools ke liye b.ed magte h ya th mtlb b.ed kro ya csir net crack ya phd ya govt. Ki preparations ya kch bhi nhi. Currently I'm 24 msc chemistry done haven't cracked csir net jobless. Imagine the presure I'm facing right now. Don't do msc go for b.ed or govt. Job preparations or do something related to coding etc.

Bsc msc has no value is a very derogatory statement. Yes, one can tell Bsc Msc is not enough, one has to do either phd or prepare for govt. Job exam. There is no free lunch anywhere. Same for btech ans mbbs. Grass is always greener the other side.
