Lies, oppression and injustices are destructive and oppressive too. While MKO Abiola received the posthumous rewards of a former President of Nigeria with all the benefits; Chukwueneka Odumegwu Ojukwu after granting him amnesty was not promoted nor paid arrears of anything . Sunday Igboho and MNK committed same offence according to Nigeria laws, Igboho have regained his freedom while Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is languishing in the DSS detention facility for close to 4 years now. Though Peter Obi should never have eulogised Yakubu Gowon in the manner he did, he has a point in stating the need for forgiveness either way. So, let Gowon take the lead and apologise for his hypocrisy and genocidal war against the Biafran people. That’s the only way to begin the process national reconciliation in favour of a new Nigeria!

I want to let people know that the problem we have in this country is Gowon.
