This song is composed keeping in mind the latest challenges the state of Goa is facing in terms of Identity Crises. This song emulates the feelings of carelessness and disregard the people from different parts of the country coming to work in Goa have towards the “Goan way of living”, our traditions and culture.
Just as we Goans venture and travel to other countries in-order to find work and make a living due to the lack of employment opportunities here in Goa, people from different parts of India also come to Goa for work opportunities and to make a living. But the absolute disregard of the Goan culture is evident and in full public view in the Garbage, sewerage and environment crises we are facing here today.
Goa today is used as a commodity and a market place where illegal properties and plots are bought and sold to the highest bidder, who for their selfish interests along with self centred politicians are determined to destroy our Bangarache Goem.
