Goyard Personalization FAIL!

Seems to me like using a napkin drawing to request a custom $2,000+ dollar bag across the world will obviously leave you disappointed. For the record, you ruined that bag with that font 😅

You can't buy Goyard directly from Goyard online. It seems you went through a reseller or personal shopper...so not surprising that your experience wasn't optimal.

She mentions that it was an email transaction. So while not exactly an online transaction that we are all familiar with technically it is an online transaction. Goyard does do phone and e-mail orders.

The second bag looked way better also. The letters on the first were too big. Looked terrible.

I liked them both, but that of-center stencil was clearly an omission due to time pressure that they never corrected.
