First you said sympathetic system produce vasoconstriction and after 20 sec you said it produce vasodilatation

Sympathetic system produces both vasoconstriction as well as vasodilatation. Vasoconstriction is mainly observed in majority of the blood vessels through alpha1 receptors. On the other hand, vasodilatation is only observed in blood vessels supplying liver and skeletal muscle which is mediated by beta2 receptors. So, Major response of sympathetic system is vasoconstriction while vasodilatation only seen at liver and skeletal muscle.
