Sir I have an doubt u said if the conc. Given in g/ml than multiple by 100 ...... But in ques. 4 it's not applied why ????

No no my dear friend, I have not said like that in any part of the video. If concentration is already given in the gm/ml then you dont have to multiply by the 100. If concentration is given in percent (%) then you have to multiply by 100, actually by doing this we make the concentration in gm/ml. You go through the video carefully and dont get confused. If still you have problem reply me.

In the last question you are asked to calculate the observed optical rotation. Observed optical rotation = Specific rotation x path length x concentration Observed optical rotation = -30 x 1 x 0.5 = -15
