MBA is a course meant for experience and it should be always persued offline from a good college . There are thousands of students who are persuing MBA but most of them are jobless because their MBA was not from a very good college. So I suggest you to go for offline MBA program from a reputed college , but again it's going to be expensive I know. Pharmaceutical marketing field provides highest paying job but it needs a lot of patience and hardwork, ur decision of working as MR is correct , if u get MR job in some good pharma company then take it. Mostly for freshers salary range start from 15K monthly and goes higher up to lakhs of rupees per month. I know people who are earning 9-10 lakh monthly in this field . If u want to choose pharma marketing field as ur career . And want to start with High paying salary , First complete ur MBA from a good college then start ur job , don't directly start work after bpharm. If u want to reach higher positions in pharma marketing in less time than do as suggested. All the very best wishes for your future.
