I agree but I think gpo's combat is a bigger problem. Health packs and only being able to m1 one person at a time makes it impossible to fight more than one person at a time. U have to kill an entire squad in squads to revive only 1 person. This makes 0 sense numbers are important, obviously the team with more ppl will always win.

I've never seen a hacker. My biggest problem is what we get for participating. There's no award for losing, even at 2nd place, except for battle pass progress. And even then, eventually the pass will run out. Like, come on man. At least give us sp resets, or droots, or SOMETHING. At least in yba's equivalent of this, sbr, you get something for making 2nd and 3rd to make it worth your effort. And in gpo you play this game mode and have a 1/30 chance to win each time, so most of the time the average player is probably gonna lose, and they barely gave anything to show outside of the pass man. You'd be better off doing dungeons to get legendary fruits, but no one wants to do them anymore.

Step by step on how to fix br: First: add hp on knocking someone (whoever dealt the most dmg gets the hp pack) This would prevent 3rd partying for good. Second: Make your dash length and walkspeed based on you're hp. 50% hp = 75% walkspeed 90% hp = 95% walkspeed etc. ( if you dont want to fight other players and you're just playing br for fruits then you're in the wrong gamemode. ) third: fix anticheat fourth: make teaming bannable ( if you want to team go to duos or squads. Implementing these changed would make br way more enjoyable and fun.

Nah, the biggest problem is how the content creators and testers let this game through in the first place. All the meta items to all the inconveniences since the game-mode first launched, you're telling me no one had any idea how bad this game mode was gonna be when released to the masses? To the lag, the fruit meta's, the busted weapons, nor the insight on how people would exploit some of the cheesiest shit. Ya'll slipped HEAVILY on that shit. Literally everyone hates the game-mode and what's in it, get 1 thing and you're set for the game. Probably doesn't help that probably the only people who had their voices heard in making the game-mode were the people who have the biggest influence on its game.

Its so easy to win if you get pipe and a fruit with a combo extender or 2 and its so easy to just run away for 15 minutes and other shit the gamemode is fun when its fun but a trainwreck at the core with such viable "I get these 3 things I win" strats or that you blantly cant catch people who run without geppo or bomu spamming dash to no end it just shows all the unbalanced things in the game and the things that testers let release because they don't get tested ex: Pipe and world ender it just shows how sorry the games combat is and the reason why so many pvp only players quit the game when up 4 dropped

@@kag5931 I agree completely, its all luck based and almost no skill, if you get a logia you win both fights and circle, if you get a good weapon you win most fights, not to mention if you don't get the spirit shit you literally cant hit people with logia, the luck aspect of this gamemode is what's killing it and even then you still get people who lag out of combos, having them drop for no reason, them hitting you somehow after you have them in a combo string. This game cant just be carried by its graphics anymore and even then they're getting worse, especially with the most recent fruits which all have fucking png's on its moves. even coming from project slayers back to gpo, you can see how unpolished gpo is in terms of all its aspects, to not being able to hit more than 1 person in front of you, to having to re press your movement key to climb, not to mention not being able to do shit once you get low, youre literally dead because you have no way to engage fast enough. Even the option to get out of combos to give you more of a chance to counter in project slayers is what you find in almost every fighting game yet gpo just lets you get touch of death'd or just straight 1 combo'd and not even because you slip up, because the game if too un-polished. I really don't think they have even touched the combat system since the game came out for paid access because I haven't noticed it. people arent bringing up these problems enough and just keep talking about shit that barely classifies as relevant in this, not to mention the actual battlepass, outside of battle royale you make no progress which means you dont get any incentive to play anything else at all even the other gamemodes and its only profitable one where you gain exp for is dying and fast, not to mention when people arent even in it and are doing something else which you, again, get no reward for. for a game to have a almost 200 dollar gamepass, you would expect more then just being a cash grab for pay to gain almost pay to win people or content creators
