the 10k bounty needed is not true you just need 100 or higher but it takes a long time for them to spawn and to grind bounty i recommend ship farming killing enemy ships will reward you with bounty and killing the ships captain will also reward a devil fruit drop chance of 1% and sea serpents cant drop devil fruits anymore but krakens can its 3% chance
