In nightmare+ mode you can play that mode when you finish an Impel raid, it says "Play again with your own items"

It’s pretty much just an extra, however, if you are not max level, the nightmare + difficulty won’t give you max level like ordinary nightmare does

Hie and Yami are really good too. Much slower obviously but still good. Yami has 3 combo extenders and 2 of them block break. Got a huge damage and overall buff. Hie, stun times are crazy, frost blade extends and guard breaks.
