As a begginer in this game, I was fighting a dude who has gomu and I was using Raiui and no fruit (didn’t have access to a good one). Whenever he was low he would just use rocket and dip, AND SHIT HAS A 2 SECOND COOLDOWN. So all I could do was whip this jit and then just wait for him to comeback.
