venom got a buff to clarify. The reduction used to be around 25 percent where it is now 45 percent. Im not 100 percent sure of this but i remember seeing one of the devs in gpo pointing out this in one of the main channels.cause people were confused if the damage reduction was a buff or nerf

It's not that it's lacking in rarity cause it's still pretty rare. The reason it's dropping is that it was assumed to be rarer than 5%, meaning there would be a lot less of them. To make it easy to understand, if reshead was 1% in rarity then with the span of the Halloween event w resbaal, let's get a rough estimate and say that 3-4k (not real amount) resbaal heads were acquired and kept after the boss went away. Now that it was revealed to be 5%, there is about a 5x increase in the likelihood that a person farming for it would have gotten it. Meaning that the rough estimate placeholder number can reasonably be multiplied by 5, resulting in the idea that 15k-20k people would have gotten. For reference, that's about half of a mini-update player base. So despite it still being rare, having it revealed to be 5x less rare than players originally thought it to be was the driving factor of the drop. So even though no more resheads can be created, there's still considerably more of them in theory than people assumed to be

res head drop: LOTS of people where thinking that res head was a 0.5% or 1% drop item. Even gpo wiki says that res head is 1% to this day. People where arguing a lot about res head's drop chance. Because noone in gpo community can estimate exact supply of any unobtainable item (phoeyu sometimes posts how many prestiges where dropped during the event but thats all he says about the ammount of items) price of any unob item is determined by its drop chance during the event + time for how long is was an unob. candy cane is a great example cuz it was a 5% drop item, but due to it being unobtainable for 2+ years it is very valuable. When a guy from dev team confirmed that the res head was a 5% drop chance item a lot of people started thinking that it ist that rare (wich it is) and panic lowballed it. mythic fruits: Its funny to see people surprised by mythic fruits dropping/rising. There is 1 major reson for changing is mythic fruits value. This reason is: state of roblox cheats. I'd dare to say that 70-80% of ALL mythic fruits that come to gpo are obtained with autofarming scripts. I've seen videos of people stting up a whole farms with >10 / >15 accounts farming at once. BTW this is the same reason of why mythic chest can drop sometimes
