The cc change was a nerf/ rebalance not a buff, it heals a % of your MISSING health, meaning if you have 800 missing health it heals 120 over time, but if you only have like 100 missing health, it heals 15 overtime. The less missing health you have, the less it heals overtime

the cc is just a touch, sometimes if i am really low in 1v1's ill just run away cc bite into tori fullform and heal, now i know that there is barely a difference between base and fullform heals but i can just dmg them when in full form
