I joined gpo and i went to first sea knowing that there would be a lot of new players. What I didn't know is that there would be a lot of people coming from most other free one piece games. After thinking about bounty for a few seconds, I found another way to torture starters. You shoot them with a rifle to combat tag and reset to give them bounty. If said starter has a devil fruit then they'll be stuck in the island that they have their spawnpoint in for eternity. Or until a kind soul drives them to Town of Beginnings.
