Gps sinotrack st-901 not working

That line is for the ignition of the vehicle, in my case it did not work I had no signal the problem was the sim tray is resolde and ready.

i cant get ahold of sinotrack maybe you can help me,after activating the speedtalk sin card i send a text to the gps number the sim card provided but no matter what i send i never get a response text back? the blue light is solid and orange light flashes,im new to gps so im hoping maybe i need to send the right command to get it all started?
