I think for that u have to use high end device which works through 3g location even when gps is jammed, also when your phone does not receive heart beat from that device it will alert u, have not found any device in india yet.

Nice video Gagan. Trackers are made in India. I designed one called VALTRACK-V2. It's a fully configurable GPS tracker with internal battery and storage if signal not present. Internet based tracking or SMS tracking can be selected using a Android application. Calls or sends SMS alert if someone touches bike or car with the help of motion sensor. Device takes absolutely zero current on no motion so no problem on battery drain. If vehicle standing in parking for many days without movement then also no problem. And above all, it's MADE IN INDIA :)
