He's right about the tooth picks, using one for all teeth can transmit bacteria to other teeth that possibly weren't initially affected. It's one pick per tooth lol. It's very clear he goes to the Dentist regularly unlike most people. Also I love grapefruit, hated them as a kid but as I got in college & so forth I love them. It's helps to reduce my appetite & sugar cravings. Very glad to see Dolph on here.
