My iRating is in the toilet because I drive slow cars with an absurd amount of aggression, I recommend heavily salting these suggestions. A podium in the top split speaks for itself though, congratulations on that. At 12:40 you recognize they consistently park it the middle of 11, if there's an extreme difference in speed it might have been worth risking a slow down by sending it inside, maintaining the position with a bit of strategic slowing, and you might have only gotten away with just an off track if there was a slight door bang. 10:41 would have been a great opportunity. After 11:15 you're talking about pinching the driver low, but if you did that to him mentally rather than physically you could have preserved your own mid corner speed. Stay close but then swing out towards a better line just before the braking zone with a bonus of maybe getting him into his mirrors at the wrong time. You were also close enough to only narrowly miss being collected by his mistake. I think you missed out on some exit speed by staying so close, in addition to the risk mid corner where he was erratic only seconds earlier. I do think you did the right thing by staying low when you were ahead on the following lap but even still swinging out a bit would have given you more to work with if he decided to lunge at you, which he did beat you on the brake before you commented on what you wanted to do. I realize suggesting all of this is hard to do while on a single monitor and in the heat of a race. I use the Quest 3 and can mostly recommend it, the cable is a little finicky but it's been alright overall. The first video I posted is at 100% scale but I've started recording at 130% to make things a little more focused. Hope to race with you at some point 👍🏼

Nice battle and nice finish! I'm surprised you didn't punt the #7 through those tight corners considering how slow he was taking them!

Thanks! I almost did at the beginning, but I wound up using that against him, especially towards the end of the lap.

Thanks! Yeah it’s definitely difficult - especially the back half of the track with odd medium speed corners.

Nice race. The #1 car was in my race last night and was setting some wicked lap times. Your line through Turn 3 is too low and is costing you a lot of time. Staying high right at the green area let's you carry a lot more speed and you end up almost needing 5th gear on the straight that follows.

Yeah his times were insane! Shame it was such a low participation when I raced this last night, otherwise I might’ve had a chance at a win. And yeah I was thinking of that as well. Next time I definitely need to be higher there.

@BobGiaquintoRacing I went from running 53's to 51's by watching the track guides from this channel...youtube.com/@erilla01?si=LoCs0RfHzDx4TkDN I won't get to race much this week sadly...going to be away. I love this layout it is so much fun. More challenging which makes for better racing.

@BobGiaquintoRacing his track guides for GR86 are excellent. Since you run that car in two series...not a bad resource. He puts out the new video for GRCup on Monday mornings.
