In Canada, the Indian reserve system has ensured our indigeneous people ONLY hire unqualified people to work in their various departments and on their projects. "You need a new senior accountant? Give the job to Joe (a band member and 47 years old), he took bookkeeping in high school." That's what they do. They give jobs to their own people. And the vast majority of those people in those jobs are not qualified to do those jobs. It leads to performance at about 30%. If they hired qualified people to do those jobs, the band members would complain. So they HAVE to work at 30%. And the indigenous workers don't end up getting good at their job. Why? Because there's no one qualified for their job to teach them how to do it right or well. Diversity works in the same way. Here in Canada, a new qualification is "being a woman." Apparently having female parts is now a qualification to be the leader the Liberal party. Woke and broke go hand-in-hand.
