I didn't think of it until I read your comment but I have a leather chair my cats have scratched up. Even though it's faux leather it'll still look better than the a Scratched part. I might be able to get a close color by using stain or shoe polish.

Faux leather!! I’m going to use it on the top of my nightstands!! My stands are very old and need something. I decided the trim them out with the lightest gray I can find and now I will use the faux leather as an “insert” on top. Reminds me of my grandmother’s furniture. Thank you so much for this idea!!!!

Love all these projects. I am so going to get me some leather to make some earrings. I have been wanting to make me leather earrings for along time. Just didn’t want to pay the price for the leather. Cute ideas, Katelyn!! I bought some and wanted to make earrings, too. I like that you can put leather on both sides of earring. It looks more high end that way. Never thought about the rub ons....good idea!! The pocket idea is nice. The leather makes it more high end. (I've made things with real denim pockets before. They always turned out cute). Nice ideas for gifts!! Tyfs!!
