Grace, this may be the most beautiful song i've ever listened to. Thank you for writing this song. It really spoke to me. I found your music on KEXP on KZbin a few weeks ago. i've never been so blown away by an album as "Ramona". I find your voice the most unique and beautiful i've ever heard.

Just heard this today on a public funded station in Pittsburgh,PA called WYEP 91.3 and I was like WHO IS THIS...instant fan. Incredible stuff... and I'm an old grumpy dude that usually dislikes anything that's not from the 60s, 80s or 90s....specifically the 90s for me as it was my time. But this tune is right in that wheelhouse.

This is one of the most powerful tunes I've ever heard. It seems like her delivery is subdued, forcefully restrained, like it's barely trying to conceal an earthquake and a hurricane simmering beneath the surface all happening at the same time. The resulting tension is something to behold. Not 100% sure I get the lyrics but that's half the allure of any unforgettable song, it's the mystery that maybe should stay that way?
