Ms. Bianca, if I May just add dun sa stages of grief - after acceptance and before finding meaning, nagkakaroon ng healing. May iniiwan na wounds ang mga experiences natin. If we don’t heal those wounds, there is tendency to wound others (most of the time not intentional or we are not even aware of it).

I agree with you miss bernadette. When I went to bohol,yan din ang napansin ko,ang babait ng mga taga bohol.at sa mga tricycles nila, may nakalagay na mga Bible verses na kahit saan ,hindi ko nakita.

Anxiety is real - post intubation from severe Covid back in 2020, i cannot breathe despite cues from my nirse and therapist… it was fear over breathing. Until i was put on Xanax that finally i am back to breathe correctly. Pharmacologic mgt was only for few days. That was a scary experience. I don’t encourage the medication but my point of sharing is how anxiety can affect your function.

I am with you miss bernadette. We were not blessed with kids,but I am still grateful that I had a very good husband for 16 years and I lose him to cancer last 2016.it was the most painful thing in the world losing my husband,but life must go on,and now I am still finding meaning with my life.yang bubog na yan sa buhay natin,mananatiling bubog kung hindi natin piliing mabuhay,and be happy.❤❤❤
