I will be playing this on canada day cause it reflects the real and true history of our nation, built upon your land. Gord Downie is no doubt deeply honored by this.....f--kin unreal cover. Made your own but did justice to the original and then some by adding the indigenous vibes.......and live to boot!!! this is the music that transcends and connects people in a way that most new music doesn't have anymore. Indigenous and tribal music is the oldest form that we know of and its elements and inspirations can be found in the roots of delta blues, rock and roll, jazz, big band and on and on and on. Amazing work...Bravo!! Looking up more of your work to have a listen

I’m a huge hip fan - have been since 93 - I was 7 at the time when I was walking my dog with my mom and “happened” to wonder over to Richard Stadium in Kingston to see them from the gates. This song is amazing. I got the same amount if not not more. chills down my spine listening to this rendition - and, call me crazy, but I know that’s Gord’s energy.
