Give it God. He will get you through. I used to stress and worry. Even to the point of making myself physically sick from worrying. I finally listened and gave my troubles to God. Now, when issues arrive, I pray. I tell God I'm giving this to him and I'll follow how he wants me to. And, everything works out better. Please pray and give it over to our Heavenly Father.
