Hey Stephen, Great discipline on keeping up with your workouts! It's really paying off - I'm sure it feels great. I recommend getting a TRX, especially with all your travel. It comes in a small mesh bag and you can really give a great workout head-to-toe. It was first used in the SPECOPS community. (We still use it today.) There's a couple versions of it (home/professional/military) , but the TRX has a wide variety of great workouts available online. That and a jump rope can definitely hold you through any vacay and really build your core strength.
