Every time I watch grocery hauls, they don’t seem to know what their family really likes to eat. It’s either ‘you get what is bought’ or ‘you eat what I make’... but for the Millers, it’s different. Amanda knows what each and every individual in the family likes and she adjusts the groceries according to their needs. That is why I love the Millers family so much! Been here since the beginning and I will also be here till the end!

The Brussel sprouts are so good in the air fryer with butter and onion powder..then when they come out put them in a bowl and put some honey over them. Amazing!

I've really enjoyed finding your family on KZbin and hearing some of your story. We live in the UK and have seven young people ourselves, only none are adopted (although we also considered that path) and they are all a bit older now! You think your weekly shop is big now...well wait until your kids are all in their teens and twenties! We still have five kids at home and shopping and cooking is a big challenge: two vegetarians, one who is gluten-free and the men-folk, who all have huge appetites and love their meat and protein-rich Fage! It is such an encouragement and great witness to see you all interacting together and sharing your faith! (It actually takes me back to the days when they were all much younger.) Glory to God! I love Trader Joe’s, it’s my favorite grocery in America. I always get a piece of mind of groceries shopping there, every item have heathy ingredients. It’s a little more expensive than regular grocery stores but so worth it. Your family will thank you for it. Great choice ❤️❤️We live in Greece now, nothing like a Trader Joe’s grocery store here. But all Mediterranean food are usually healthy.❤️😍Thank God! The friend that made the comment about Reese is ludicrous, she’s a natural in front of camera 😜😍

I haven’t had the kite hill yogurt. I like that it’s made with almond milk. I’m lactose intolerant so that’s a good option for me.

If you get some short grain rice it's actually super easy to make congee. I recommend making them with pumpkin or sweet potato for sweet version, and eggs and chicken for savory version

Brussel sprouts in the air fryer are sooo good! I also cook my salmon in the air fryer (drizzled with EVOO and pat on some either Hispanic or Italian spices, 370 for about 5-7 min). I also do steak and shrimp in there. It’s just so much easier than hearing up the oven or dirtying a pan.

Brussel sprouts in air fryer! I don't like them but my family does. A little Olive Oil salt & pepper balsamic vinegar and red pepper flakes. Also take some of the apples slice really thin sprinkle cinnamon and make apple chips in the air fryer. I cook pretty much all my meat in the air fryer because the meat is always moist. You can your hotdogs in it as well. Wish we could chat.

They have great items and lots of options for organic and healthy foods - and some great international items they rotate in - also, the prices on household goods and electronics can't be beat. (It's also a great place if you want to build up a dry good backsupply for emergencies or a rainy day.)

Not sure if you have prime fresh delivery in Nashville, but their wild caught frozen salmon is priced really well. Also I’ve been purchasing whole turkey breast to use as lunch meat, it makes good wraps or topping for salads too. Dave’s killer bread is the bomb.

I laughed exactly three times in this vlog: the two times Lincoln came in during the haul and at the end when he kissed the camera goodbye. 😭! What a special child! ❤️ Steven, I know why you nod- you want the other person to feel heard or seen. It is a great character trait. Reminds me of my sister, she will always respond with a “ha” or a “huh” or an “oh”, just so the other person knows she’s listening. It annoyed me at times but she told me bc she didn’t want to ignore me LOL! Oops! I could tell Amanda really wanted to get this haul done! Thank you for sharing! I don’t know when’s the next time I get to go to a Trader’s Joe but I’m definitely going to check out some of the yogurt, the hemp seed, the peanut butter and the gluten free pasta ! I just also loved the explanation of the food when it came to a specific child. Hope that made sense! My favorite snack is airfried chickpeas! Just drained chickpeas and seasoning you like (no oil). I also really like sweet potatoes air fried and random frozen foods.
