Building design and construction is good but from my point of view instead for making a double bed room house we can stick it to a single room with spacious cupboards attached to it because now a day its mandatory to have cupboards to keep our belongings moreover if we place a bed in both rooms it will be so congested, apart from that everything is fine.

We just spent 7lakhs for making a temporary house it's nothing as compared to this . Our Seems like a garage 🤣 1.2 lakh - borewell + subnmersible pump 30k - water fittings nd all . (10k labour) 15k - electricity ( 10k labour ) 25k - paint (15k labour cost) Materials for home - 1.5 lakh Grills nd gates - 70k ( made up of iron not even steel ) Windows nd glass doors - 25k Cost of building - 1lakh (labour) Garage nd all - 50k ( roof + groud tiles ) Leveling of land as per others home nd road - 1lakh ( sand price 2000 per tractor ) Miscellaneous - rest of the amount ( labour food , tea bill , tobacco bills , extra charges bla bla ) N.B - it's just a normal home with no tiles nd marbles . Summary : - 1. Labour cost is too high. 2. Wastage of money due to as*holic society . ( We r giving too much to the workers who don't even deserve that . Or else we r getting less salary as per our knowledge . Even those are taxable income . They don't even pay taxes 🤣. I earn a decent amount of money though . ) Everything is overpriced . I work in a mnc . Even my per day income ( 2k )is less than that of a plumber . The guy took my 1 days earning in just 2hrs of work . ( 23 age - mine ) 3. Too hard to find labourers . ( I live in an urban area ) . 4 . No comments 😴🤐

I'm quite surprised how many people in comments really don't know what they are talking about. Folks this is 500 sqrt feet how and cost is 7 lakh which means cost per sqrt feet is 1400 Rs which is way more for place like Kerala. Even in metropolitan cities average construction cost per sqrft is 1100 to 1200. So if you have land you can actually build similar house for cheaper in say Mumbai. If you are really on tight budget you can go for lower quality for 800Rs sqrft which means you can build similar home for 4 lakh not seven lakh. The only thing which is good about this house is front layout and outer wall color combination. These channel presentation is good. They pick good camera angles and back ground music. Also they won't show any home which is messy with construction left overs. However, cost they are showing are not cheap at all. Some fools started "Kerala has best engineers" and all nonsense. This house is so simple that u won' t need an engineer for this. Any experienced construction worker will draw this house plan with his eyes closed.

After we place a bed, one of the window placement will stand odd. If any one of it is moved near to the corner, it can be provide scope for *standing io see outside & relax or placing study table will fetch good natural light. Electrical connections needs proper placements accordingly. No space for refrigerator too, back wall width near kitchen rack isn't sufficient for even small size fridge. Some part of kitchen table could have been multi foldable cutting area. Nice budget though. I am sure everyone is eager to know *How is the 2 in 1 Toilet Cum Bath ?* 😁
