I only have one kid but I know all kids definitely go back and forth of which parent they choose to be with. My son likes to go to his dad’s house because there’s other kids and honestly no rules or boundaries 🥴 but in my house he is the only child and it’s where he can relax, have his own space, doesn’t have to share and eat good lol. Where he spends his weekends, spring and summer break really depends on his mood at the time.

I hate hate hate bringing this up because he’s a child- but I’m speaking from experience as my little brother came out of the closet when he was 14. I think Issac is beginning to come into his own and say what you want about Kail, she’s a very accepting person for the most part. I think he over all probably feels more accepted by his mom, as she has dated women and men and has queer friends. That along with content creation. She probably has less strict rules and more open communication. She takes Issac to do things that he wants to do where as it may be a hard “no” or no effort made at his dad’s house. For example dying his hair different colors at the salon, etc. This is why my brother and my dad are not close because my dad doesn’t make an effort to understand and spend time doing what my brother wants to do- my father is very masculine where as my brother is more feminine. My brother will wear nail polish and my father doesn’t acknowledge or show interest in those parts of him - he doesnt condemn it but he doesn’t care. Your children need to know you care and encourage their interests otherwise they will stray from you.

I don’t know what it is, but I’m having a feeling that Isaac may want to live with Joe. It’s very obvious that Isaac is tired of her always having a new baby. Every time the oldest children turn around she has a baby and then right when the baby starts to get older, she pops out another one. It’s not about her money. It’s about the time that she can give to these children. So being in the house with their other parent may be a sense of stability, especially like Joe and V. I also think that she thinks certain things like if you notice your child leaning toward you more than the other family than you should perhaps try to get your child to be more excepting of the parent that they’re not close with at the moment. What makes it worse is that I think if she had worked on herself and had fewer children she could’ve raised them well in a very stable household. I think Kail lets Issac be himself more(aka do whatever he wants) so he wants to be with Kail more. That’s how she’s expressed Linc is (he gets to be out and about more) v.s they don’t much at Kails house cuz she always has other kids.

I remember the episodes when Lincoln was an infant and I wanted to reach in the tv and take him. She would scream while holding him get angry cause he wasn’t latching on and scream some more. I really thought for his safety he should have been taken. I guess she only likes the kid if she likes the dad?
