It’s not really a therapist’s job to point out a client’s personality flaws; the goal is to have them come to a realization at some point through self-reflection. Either way, it sounds like her therapist is not doing a great job but sometimes it’s very difficult with a client who is treatment resistant which is likely the situation with Kail.

Kail loved that she had all these mens first children and that they all (except jo probably) still had feelings for her and that she would always have this harem of men. The drama and control she had was addicting, now they are all done with her and she’s alone and can’t stand it. I’m sure it’s hard raising all of these different men’s kids when none of them are with you or even want to talk to you, but she played her part as well. Her ego was insane and she’s being humbled. Side note, I don’t care how fine a man is it’s suchhhh a turn off when he’s fully grown and still has nothing going for him, can’t provide, lives at home etc like yikes

Hey! I love the Grace report, I just wanted to give some feedback for impressionable viewers. avoid saying things like “the therapy isn’t working for her”. The thing about mental health therapy is that sometimes it takes a while to really get to the root of issues. That doesn’t mean it is any less effective. Remember you only see the small bit of someone’s life online so it’s not the best stance to comment on what is working or isn’t. There is a lot of stigma around therapy & a lot of people avoid seeking help/healing because they “believe it doesn’t work” but “working” is relative & there aren’t going to be clear signs of it working from the outside. Therapy is personal growth, has nothing to do with the behaviors of others around you. I realize this is an opinion based platform but the rhetoric might be harmful to viewers who struggle & are considering mental health treatment.

I think Kail is a classic case of victim turned perpetrator. And when I say victim, I mean as she was growing up. Whilst she does not abuse her children, she seems to be a perpetrator of abuse towards the men in her life. As soon as she feels they are “defying” her, she reacts with hyper-defense mechanisms, (e.g. physical abuse, emotional abuse, and/or abuse of legal system to attack other parent). Given her power as a reality star, and, in my opinion being the mother, she abuses said power; and, in addition, uses her podcast power to spread a narrative that can be quite catastrophic. This is why her babies’ fathers either walk on egg shells around her, or end up going off on her. It’s a never ending cycle. But it’s her who is greasing the the cog in this dysfunctional machine she is thriving off of.

I do remember thinking in the early seasons how some of the stuff Jo said or did could be abusive. I think though it was more a product of a toxic situation all around than him being an abusive person. I think he's done enough growth to show that he's a long way from being the kid he was in season one.

Kail’s whole life is a contradiction 🙄. She got pregnant with Lux cause she “couldn’t have anymore kids” then had another kid. She doesn’t want Javi, but is still banging Javi. And I could Have sworn years ago she said tht the only reason she lived in the shelter was because she had to for a certain period of time before she could get state assistance for her place she got alone. So yea take everything tht woman saids with a grain of salt.
