I know just how you feel. I get so down when my skin is at its worst. It really helps to know that it isn't just me that feels this. You are beautiful inside and outside but I know that this doesn't mean anything when you feel affected by the spots. I never notice any blemishes on your skin. All I notice is how sparkly and beautiful your smile is and your energy and enthusiasm for like is contagious. I hope this helps. Xxxx

I have found that the Proactive mask has been a game changer for getting rid of zits/pimples. I don’t use it as an actual mask, but I just dab it on each individual zit. Makes a huge difference for me. Also, make sure you’re drinking enough water during the day. Staying hydrated really helps your skin stay healthy.

Hi Grace, love your videos!! I can totally relate to your skin issue. I generally don't have a lot of spots but the spots I have are just constantly going away and coming back. I've tried almost everything except accutane and nothing has really worked for me so far and it's really frustrating. I recommend trying the Mario Badescu enzyme cleansing gel and drying lotion as they have helped to get rid of my spots a lot quicker.

For your skin I would really recommend using lush facial skin products particularly angels on bare skin. I know skins different for everyone but I use that every night and then a cheap boots own face wash in the morning and drink 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar with 450-500ml of water before I eat. The combination of these two things have completely changed my skin so I’m now only on one type of medication for my skin instead of two types and I might even be able to stop taking meds altogether which has been something I’ve struggled with for nearly 4-5 years. So firstly your skin looks completely normal but I understand how skin can make you feel self conscious even if you only have one mark I feel the same but just thought I’d put those tips out there from one Grace to another, could maybe even do 5 days of apple cider vinegar or something. Put foil on top to help with the burning. Then take it off towards the end of the cook to get the nice browning. Sometimes depending on how long to leave it will even brown under the foil but just not as intensely.
