This seat has been discontinued. And honestly the affordable car seat market is lacking. I wish there were more options for families with a lower income.

Do you strap the latches and strap the seat belt or one of the other. I notices you unlatched the strap then strapped the seat belt? Please advice.

You use the lower anchors OR the seat belt. Never both. Graco does not allow for use of both at the same time

For how many months can this car seat be used…can it be used after baby turns a year old

It depends on the size of the baby. Some babies outgrow by 9-12 months. Some last until 15 months. The baby must be smaller than 30 inches, 30 lbs and have more than one inch of space above the head. If any one max is reached the seat is outgrown. The next step is a convertible or all in one seat that can rear face the child to 2 and beyond. The. Forward face harness

No. Car seat companies change the seats they have for sale all the time. When a new one comes out they often retire an older model or less popular model to make way for it.
