Shame us in the west never saw Sorcerian, this is one of Falcoms earliest works and sounds amazing! Hopefully Falcom with their recent push to look towards the western audience may let us see this game in english?

There actually was an english/DOS port of it by Sierra! Probably quite hard to find now, but easy to run in DOSBox if you can get ahold of it. Was a big part of my childhood thanks to my mom trading floppy disk games with coworkers.

@Dr. Quarex Got it for $5 at the Software Outlet by my house. At the time. Haven't seen this in the wild in decades. Still have the user's manual though.
Half an hour in, and I'm wondering why I've never heard of this amazing OST. This one's a keeper. When summer comes, I'll be blaring this one when I'm careening along the coast!
This is strong. The only other version as strong or stronger is the roland mt-32 version. I wish there was a full translated version of the pc-88 Sorcerian so us English speakers could enjoy it.

Episode 1 (The Lost King's Scepter to The Thieves' Tower) has the best music overall, but my two favorite stage themes and two favorite boss themes (Dark Wizard Dungeon 1, Cave of Life, Blue Dragon and Pillar Demons) are all from the two remaining episodes. It's something of the reverse of a future Yuzo project (Revenge of Shinobi to Shinobi III, i.e. the Super Shinobi duology).

Thank you for uploading, Your collection is fantastic.
1:59:26 this is really just too good. Like the ending of a movie or something. I can’t listen to it without getting shivers. I just bought this on EGG, maybe I’ll complete it someday.
