How can we design and promote different exercises that benefit our physical, emotional and mental well-being?
Students will engage in in-depth research and exploration of physical, emotional, and mental exercises. They will investigate the benefits of each type of exercise, the science behind it, and how it affects our bodies and minds. They will also explore different exercise routines, techniques, and activities that promote physical fitness, emotional resilience, and mental focus. Through inquiry-based learning, students will ask questions, gather evidence, and develop a deep understanding of the significance of exercise in their lives.
