Its Genya from Demon Slayer! The VA's name is Nobuhiko Okamoto. Its close and he could've voiced Inosuke too, both angry characters but Matsuoka-san does an amazing job with Inosuke too. Nobuhiko also voices Himmel from Frieren which is amazing!

Yeah, Noya/Genya from Demon Slayer and Bakugo from MHA have the same VA. Inosuke has the same VA as Kirito (surprise surprise), As Nodt from Bleach TYBW, Raichi from Blue Lock, and Mitsuya from Tokyo Revengers.
