You can't see the first topography [at 7:35 to 7:50 time] because it was demolished in an earlier phase. It was automatically demolished per that Revit "warning" message. Phasing for Demolished only shows if Phase Demolished property matches the existing view phase (which is a pretty strict view setting built into Revit phases).
