Q22. Reverse kinked demand curve When all competitors will follow a firm when the firm raises the price of its product, but none will follow a price cut because of inflationary condition. Eg. Initial years of JIO and other telecome companies. Kinked demand curve not work under inflation & /or statutory/legal /compulsory taxation because in that case all firms need to raise their prices. Sir, if I wrong then plz give me the correct answer.

The answer to question 32 is A. SMC is greater than LMC. The example of 1st degree price discrimination can be eBay which provides onine auction. In fact, in auction, the buyer who can give maximum price can buy the product. Hence all consumers surplus is extracted. Again, learned and noted down new knowledge from the class. Many many thanks

Ans of 22 Question....Sweezy demand curve not work in Boom period and GST implementation.....because when A firm increase price....then B firm also increase its price..... And in that case sweezy kinked deamnd curve become inverse...... Upper portion become inelastic nd lower portion become elastic........i hope sir i am right..... If i am wrong sir correct me.....🙏
