I don't know the EXACT trigger (supposedly no one does) But from what I've seen. You MUST have Twin Laser, and all of your upgrades with exception to double shot (because you have to have the laser.) I'm not sure if your Speed level matters, but obviously it has to be fast enough to survive the speed level. You also have to hit it at just the right moment. going into it too fast will get you killed every time.
