I have experience it before. My growing I used to see my period every 3months. I was staying with my grandma I told her she said I should not bother myself. At the age of 27 I met my husband and I told him that me I don't use to see my period every month ooo. My husband was the one that explain everything to his father and my father in-law to be then started giving me some Herbs to correct my period and it was corrected after some months of taking it. Today I am a mother to the glory of God. Going to Nigeria hospital for such treatment was a very big mistake that condition doesn't makes you feel sick non pain at all just feel normal I did some test during that period I was told I had hormonal imbalance I never returned there for any treatment since there was nothing wrong with me apart from not seeing my period monthly. They should have allowed her to go for HSG instead of this surgery evil doctors and blood socking hospital. I guess they were busy using her as an experiment before she passed wicked heatless blood socking demons. RIP beautiful soul 😭 my condolences to her family so sad.

They should have done CT scan to check the condition of the womb up to the cervix. Obviously something was blocking something and the blood gushed out when the cervix was probed into. Even so, why were they surprised when they were in the operating room? They should have been prepared for bleeding even when excessive in an operation

I used to wonder why African doctors were made to resit exams and do extra training when they go to work in the west...... Now I get it. They know that African healthcare systems fall short. I am a Zambian and please it is not just a Nigerian issue, it is all over Africa. Poor training, no rigorous health care systems, lack of care and sheer arrogance among black African doctors is so shocking,they want to be treated as demi gods.... I told one doctor here in London that this isnt back home in Africa, I can bring you down if you try it next time around.

Stop speaking ignorantly. In the USA, official statistics state that over 300,000 deaths are due to medical errors. Similar stats in the UK. And hey, exams are not meant for African doctors only, exams are meant for doctors who were not trained in that particular environment. For an example, a doctor from the UK cannot practice in Canada without passing the exams over there. So, stop making it look like an African thing. People die in hospitals, sometimes from healthcare blunders and sometimes inexplicably. Each case will need to be looked into individually.

@@solodeking the medicine that African doctors study is wholly western, nothing is from Africa. All the textbooks for medicine are written by non Africans so they know a lot more than we do. You cannot ever compare healthcare systems in Africa to the ones in asia or the west. The entire ruling elite in Africa go outside of Africa for healthcare treatment. Their doctors are in the west. Africans with money go abroad for treatment, I am an African and know what I am saying. Not all doctors in Africa are good doctors. My own father had to be flown abroad to the UK for treatment by his company because the doctors couldn't do a good enough job and had damaged the poor man. It left us reeling in and I don't trust them either. Keep hollering it still doesn't change the fact that the majority of black Africa has inferior healthcare systems full of arrogant doctors who think they are gods, it is only when they go abroad they come back down to earth. The only 2 black led countries that have a functioning healthcare systems are south Africa, botswana or Namibia, because the white settlers there brought the systems of their European countries there. The rest are utterly useless. You even get Africans from other countries going to south Africa for superior healthcare. We Africans have a long way to go.
@solodeking
@solodeking 5 ай бұрын
@@kasikwagoma6740 The malady of the ignorant is that they are ignorant of their ignorance. I addressed a specific blatant lie you spewed concerning African doctors being made to sit for licensing exams, and instead of conceding that your ignorant statement was a mistake you went on a tangent discussing the dysfunctional countries you have as if it's the making of African doctors. The African doctor can only work with what he is given. Your incoherent babbling does not change the fact that the African doctors rank among the best in the world when given the right tools. That's why African doctors excel in places where the systems are good. That African doctors still perform the miracle of saving millions of lives in Africa despite dysfunctional governments and underfunding is a feat you should be thanking the African doctors for, and not throwing your tiny-fisted tantrums here. African doctors have written great books that are being used in the medical schools today. You didn't attend a medical school and so you wouldn't know the authors of the books being used and the various contributions of African doctors to medical practice. Hey, why are you so bitter? Did you attempt to become a doctor and you failed? It looks like you were rejected by the medical colleges in your country. Everyday, doctors in Africa work their asses off to save ingrates like you, yet the moment something goes wrong, you make it look as if the African doctors have not been doing a lot of good things. You have no idea of what happened here, yet you are so ignorantly jumping to stupid conclusions and condemning a whole community of doctors that go through so many difficulties to save lives in Africa. You claim to be in the UK, right? Have you not read about the many deaths that occur there every year? OK, Dumbo, let me help you. Every year over 200 million medication errors are made in England alone, and more than 1700 people die from such errors yearly. Has that affected ranking them high? No! Why? Because you worship anything not African. In the US, the similar things are happening. Their stats state that deaths from similar errors are around 300000 yearly? Learn how to appreciate what doctors are doing in Africa. And if anything goes wrong, let's investigate and appropriate blames accordingly. Do not engage the stupidity of blanket condemnation.

Missing periods and irregular periods are totally normal stress, dietary changes, hormonal changes anything can happen but eventually in most cases they will resume on their own. Absolutely NO NEED for a 24 year old to go under surgical investigation after 3 months unless something specific was found or suspected from previous testing/imaging or she was married and actively trying to conceive. Many Nigerian hospitals are just mortuaries. Their ethics are too poor, just very conscious of money. Unfortunately, some doctors and nurses are into very serious occultic practices, taking lives and closing the matter with every contacts they have. I have had a case where unknown nurse walked in to give injections but the boy left to care for the patient was asked not to allow anyone give the patient drug unless the aunt is there and when the nurse on duty was asked later she said she is not aware of such and even the injections the unknown nurse wanted to inject was not part of injections on the patient's medical file......it was a shock. Every hospital should be having CCTV even at the theatres. This is why the oyibo people have sanity and seriousness not because they don't have mad doctors and nurses.

My heart goes out to this family. May her beautiful soul rest in peace. This is very heartbreaking. Though it was only 3 months that she had not had her menses, but it is not a good sign, for any young woman of childbearing age, who was not planning pregnancy. My own personal story is this: I brought my young, beautiful sister to the U.S. and a year later she complained of not having her menses for a while and was not pregnant. Her doctor was just giving her regular care presumed that it could be from the long civil war in Liberia that may have put tremendous stress on her body, and with time her body will correct itself. I am in the medical field and I knew that it was not a good sign. Infact this girl had been out of those extreme circumstances of the war way before I brought her to the US. I advised my sister to change her doctor to a female gynecologist. Within a month and series of tests later, it was discovered that my sister had a malignant 😮tumor growing on her pituitary gland. This was causing her to also have some visual problems and other minor ailments she just thought was not serious. By this time, my sister was married and they discovered she was just pregnant by the time she changed doctors. So the doctors decided to treat this with caution until after she delivered the baby. By five months into pregnancy, the tumor was causing significant visual problems so the doctors decided to operate and wait to do chemotherapy after delivery. After 7 hours of surgery with 3 doctors on standby, we thought the worst was over.she gave birth. And about a month after that, she went completely immobile, blind and deaf. They discovered the tumor had grown back 3 times larger than original. Today, this girl is well and alive, still happily married with their daughter just out of college. God knew what her battle would be and gave her this amazing loving husband beyond all human understanding. Imagine if she was not in the U S. Sometimes we are walking around with something reeking havoc in our bodies and have no idea. Glory be to God. I hope this family find peaceful healing that only God can give. 🙏 🙏 ❤❤

It's the same almost everywhere in the country. But why wouldn't it be so when people just sort their ways through school without learning a single thing? Everyone wants to be a doctor or nurse, and these institutions only give admissions and jobs to those with money rather than those who are qualified. Pathetic. God help us all.

This is why we pray and advise that people in this country should take care of themselves so that they won't fall sick. You can't fall sick in Nigeria. All our good doctors have left the country for better living abroad where their work would be appreciated, unlike in our country where our politicians are CRIMINALS, EVIL AND WICKED. I feel really sad about this story. May her soul RIP

This lovely angel had uterine myoma. They needed to remove them for easy conception when she is ready WITH HER CONSENT. Hysteroscopy was the procedure done. Some uterine myoma bleed like crazy and I believe she went into hemorrhagic/hypovolemic shock that led to cardiac arrest and death. Hysteroscopy or Hysterectomy, mostly are elective procedures, which means the patients are always hale and hearty before the procedure. I hope the procedure was performed by a licensed Gynecologist? Let's not be in a hurry to blame doctors. IT JUST HAPPENS. TAKE HEART PAPA AND MAMA. MAY HER SOUL REST IN PEACE, AMEN.

Sad case..condolence to her family. Alot can be said about this case...but better to wait for the result of the investigation. Almost all medical procedures come with some kind of risk, and truth be told..the procedure she went for normally does not carry a high chance of resulting in death. The problem i think was that they did not have the infrastructure to attend once the problem occured. They said the cause of death was cardio pulmonary failure (just say the heart failed ou died on her)..so how come there was blood everywhere as the father related.

I don't know about this hospital or the doctors but there are other hospitals in Port Harcourt that looks like they lack the requirements to be certified as hospitals. The River State Ministry of health and other relevant authorities need to check mate these issues raised as this isn't the only hospital that lives have been lost unnecessarily.

This is definitely not a police case. I don't know why the police meddle into everything. But it is a coroner's case. The coroner should carry out an inquest. The parents should not have in a hurry to bury her. They, being educated and exposed parents, should have paid for an independent post-mortem.
