12:49-13:00 I love how Clara‘s expression changed when Ashley mentioned her parents.😅🙃 She may have been shocked by what Ashley had done to Lucy and her reasoning for her actions but once Ashley’s parents were brought up in that context her attention shifted slightly. This may have also been a moment where she was showing her maternal side when she asked if Ashley’s parents were good to her.🥹🥺 She may have suspected her parents might have played a large part in why she turned out the way she did and as a mother herself Clara would be concerned about people who didn’t have the best upbringing or life in general no matter who they were.😅🤷🏻‍♀️ This wasn’t just Clara trying to get information out of Ashley she was asking out of genuine concern as a mother herself, because she likely thought about what some of hers and Will‘s decisions might have done to their kids.🥺🥹 And sure Ashley didn’t answer the question directly, nor did she act like she cared now, but she didn’t have to.😅😔 Her response was answer enough for Clara. I feel like the reason Clara took a step back and didn’t push it further is because she didn’t want to overstep any boundaries not just because she was afraid of what Ashley might do to her if she did. She sensed something was up but didn't want to push harder than Ashley would allow. Ashley might not respect boundaries but that doesn’t mean Clara would do the same. Because at the end it wasn’t her business unless Ashley made it hers. Which she wouldn’t.🤷🏻‍♀️🥹😅🙄
