Australian legend. Right up there with the best of them...And a nice humble man too, he helped me a while ago with vocal production and answered all my questions all the way from Australia when I'm in the U.S. I love LRB and it's no coincidence most of their hits were written by Graeham. Take care of yourself mate and keep rocking out.......

Absolutely LRB we’re the 1st Aussie band to make it in USA and they were big there. They don’t get the recognition and acknowledgment they deserve. Love the smooth harmonies.

I am 62. In 1979? I drove from Durango, Colorado to Denver to hear LRB at Red Rocks. Next to me was my future wife and I can never forget that a thunderstorm was moving out on the planes east of Denver and as the lighting was flashing the band played. I loved, and still love, LRB. I was a musician and had been in a couple of bands myself: my point is when I heard them play live, I first thought it was a recording, they were in the pocket. Every instrument, every voice (very complicated harmony) and every song. Thank you for coming to the states Blessing and congratulations, you deserve it

One of the great song writers here. His music takes me back to when I was a young boy(10-15). Wow, crazy how the time goes. I understand what he's talking about,: a kind of fantasy world, a nostalgic world somewhere in an idyllic past or locale where the moment is frozen or specified. Usually an escape to what I construct to be the needs of the moment or a replay of how it might have or could have been, very Kierkegaardian. Truth is this is a complex subject where only art will provide catharsis.

My god he wrote some absolute belting tunes, and was a great singer.

The undisputed engine that made LRB a household name. He wrote the tunes and didn’t want the spotlight. There is a video of the band rehearsing with other musicians at BB’s home. GG is fine-tuning the musicians and .actively listening to the playing. He was sweating it out and it was very obviously who the leader was. Thanks for all your efforts sir. It paid off.

Awesome! Congratulations for that honour - the music of the CLASSIC iteration of LRB together with Steely Dan, Ambrosia, Kansas, Yes, Toto, and even funky brass outfits with rocking band backing such as Earth, Wind and Fire as well the Tower of Power - way to go!

Loved Graeham's comments on the music/ arts industry, so true. Australia punches above its weight here, but we need more focus on the arts and music scenes... We dont want to lose that.

Just shows how bad Covid was, that Graeham reckoned a big band could never tour America again.

Mr. Graeham Goble: I saw the show. They performed pretty much all your hits. Even Reminiscing, and I know YOU were the one whom wrote that song. I Unliked their Facebook page. I am so sorry that it seems like You All got recalling cheated out of your name, your existence, and all of your songs. I really don't think I will be seeing them again. St. Cloud is a GREAT place to live and they put out this concert for free, as they do every year, Liberty Bank. I am your fan, Mr. Graeham. Your loyal and faithful fan. And you were DARN sexy in those days. Whew! ☝❤👓🍎✝️

Re. LRB's musical relevance: They, The Beatles of Australia, are just as classic as Tchaikovsky or Beethoven. Period.

Why doesn't Mr. Housden let the old band form for one final tour and get a percentage? Makes no sense. I would pay big bucks to see the old members one last time.

Mr. Great (and Sexy) Graeham Goble: it is June 24th, 2022 in St. Cloud, Minnesota. I am at a concert for The Little River Band. They're NOT You Guys. Ambrosia opened for them. They put on a GREAT show. I saw your interview here on KZbin about how You Guys lost the rights to your name. I can just see the new guys... (anyway). I WISH it was You Guys. Maybe you will respond and tell me what you think about this. They're even selling red t- shirts with Cool Change on them. With what looks like a sailboat sail. It kind- of makes me sad that people are actually buying them and wearing them with no knowledge of the truth behind it. I wish it was You Guys. What do I think or say? I'll watch their show and I will tell you what I thought about it... Long- Live the REAL Little River Band, Lady, and Help Is On Its Way... ❤✊👍☝👓
