The two Mars movies released in quick succession will have their camps. Mission to Mars was the Disney ride turned movie, definitely leaking more toward education.. Red Planet was clearly the more action-oriented of the two. But I love them both.. Great work on this extension of a fantastic soundtrack!!

Two Mars films were released in the same year. This one in my opinion is better than Mission To Mars. More grounded in plausibility. The soundtrack as a whole is better i think for Red Planet.

Mission To Mars, I should give a try as I see it's by Ennio Morricone, it should be interesting. I think I've seen the movie back then but no idea what the music sounded like.
