Clear explanation and I liked it. Although I think you can add some more content like how to add preexisting dashboards(may be templates) on fresh install of grafana which is missing. In my org they upload grafana dashboards on fresh installation of grafana so I suppose there is some technique how you can backup dashboards or ue some kind of template and upload them.

Hi bro, sample data is already provided as part of Grafana installation. If you want you can also install InfluxDB and Telegraf for some time data monitoring.

If you are using cloud then you need to make sure that you allow inbound traffic to your VM on port 3000. You need to change firewall setting of cloud.

I don't think that is feasible in Grafana. You would first have to read PDF files using some scripting language such as python, and load the results to a time series database such as InfluxDB. Post that you can use Grafana to visualize the data available in InfluxDB.
