I find it interesting when people complain about graffiti or similar forms of street art, saying they're forced to see something that in their opinion is offensive, but I never see anyone complain about TV commercials, park bench advertisements, billboards, etc. For instance on my way to work everyday I have to pass by a sign that forces religion on the viewers, stating that all people are in the wrong and need Jesus. I don't complain about the sign but it is there and I've gotta see it everyday. Everyone has their own opinions but personally I'd rather see some colorful street art over government or hypocritical media ads any day.

Om jag skulle få bestämma skulle jag låta duktiga graffiti-målare få måla vagnarna. Färgglada vagnar gör pendlarlivet lite bättre. Jag förstår inte varför tågvagnar måste vara gråa och tråkiga?

what throws me off is the dude without a mask, doesn't he care for cameras and shit... plus why does european trains layups always look vacant?? isn't there maintenance or security staff?? isn't train bombs a thing to watch out for?? i mean if painters can waltz in why can't terrorist
@Braxynglet9 жыл бұрын
skitzoBoss Well terrorists wants to blow up people not empty trains. ;) I guess mtr/sl rely on that place in this video being pretty hard and risky to actually enter. Also, not sure if its still like that, but most established writers in the Stockholm scene used to have the keys. Its more expencive to change all the locks than it is to clean the paint away. Regarding other yards, they tend to be pretty desolate, either inside a mountain somewhere along the rails or far down the metro tunnels. Not like everyone can or would go there. Tbf i got a bit suprised by the location in this video aswell, i live close to it and never thought anyone would go there to do a train.

What makes this disgusting is that we don't all like seeing graffiti. These guys are now forcing us to see it because we all ride in those trains. It's just a matter of time before someone paints something antisemitic or racist.

Im sorry that you have to see it, why dont you start taking the buss insteed?

Hemliga Anders why should I? I have just as much right to take the train. But they have no rights, and i mean based on the Zero tolerance laws in Sweden, to tagging, Graffiti or similar acts of vandalism on ALL public areas. It should be done in a controlled and approved area. Where i have a choice to go and see it. If i want. Instead of it in my face the whole time.
@hemligaanders47109 жыл бұрын
well the zero tolerance is now gone in sweden.. and sorry no hard feelings but i dont really care what you think, o write for my own pleasure and not for anyone else.

Graff is so easy these days. Back in the day, we used to have to have to go through our parents' closets to find fat caps and shit, from bug spray to Lysol. These days, writers have websites that manufacture fat caps. "All city" means tagging once in each borough, not bombing each NYC train line. It's sad. And in Europe, it's even worse.
