It’s nice to know there are dudes like you keeping the artform alive. When I came up in the 90s, it was cutthroat out there. None of the older kids who were bombing were nice to us or helpful in any way. If they saw you bombing they’d just steal your paint and gear. You either had a crew or you went solo. Without the internet the only way to learn was to spend literally hours looking at pieces close up and analyzing the strokes and the layers. I think it’s fantastic that technology allows you to share your art and techniques for the next generation. Big up, fam!

im not rlly into graffiti, in fact i thought it was illegal, but this is a statement piece for sure and i love it! the fact that you plastered the wall and made it 3D just looks incredible. I was born in DC in 1971 & grew up in the DMV & spent some time in Baltimore ….I got into graffiti in the early 80’s with the emergence of hip hop,hip hop culture was not the dominant youth,street culture in DC in the 80’s,it was Go-Go & punk,anyway I never really was able to work with cans that much so I did a ton of drawing…I do regret I didn’t get more into the actual art form of painting with spray paint but my marker,pen,pencil game is on point 😉at 51 I’m not looking to go out bombing, it’s really cool to see how far this art form that was born in the ‘jects in NYC mainly has spread all over the world. PS: I did use cans to throw up tags back in the day & did maybe 3-4 nice size pieces but that’s it & they were nothing to write home about that’s for sure but they weren’t terrible either 🥶😉I really dig these video’s
