@@hakeemyo you also need to remember it's not just a little bit. wekman has done graffiti for a long time. It could be counted as mass vandalism. Plus, he's not always in russia. He travels a lot.

@@cartererwin9539 I get your point. It’s different levels of vandalism, and it’s usually a matter of interpretation/ estimation of the damage being done and what kind of cops who busts you. As a Norwegian who’s been living in St. Petersburg, Russia; normal graffiti (tags, throws and even pieces) on whatever property is usually fined right then and there for that particular incident. They also usually don’t give a shit about if you did more graff around the city using the same name or crew, as far as you pay up. You may go to the police station, sitting there for a couple of hours, but usually it’s a fine from 300-500 rubles ($30-$50?) been given before you can leave. (This ofc depends on the cops busting you). On the other hand, if you tag or put up something like for instance political propaganda, hate crime stuff or anything about religion etc, it’s a whole different story. Then you can be fined and prosecuted. I’m sorry for bad English, as I’m from Norway.

I’ve been told before that you can do this with empty magic. Ink markers is to get a small pick and try to get to the bottom and pick at it so the felt can expand a little and hold more ink and you want to pick it from the bottom to the top but I’m not sure if you can do this with this marker I love to try but I don’t think I’d ever use this marker

the xylene in the pilot ink is good for tags but it will eat your marker if its plastic

If you tilt the marker so the nib is facing the ground, and give it a quick downward motion 2-3 times the ink should flow to the nib as it is gravity fed.. I have always preferred pump action but I used gravity fed markers 6-7 years ago, until I found pump action to be more ideal for writing
